Our team works with Business leaders and product managers to refine their product delivery practices and ensure an ongoing level of quality as teams mature. We focus on topics such as:

  • Identifying uncertainty in business models and customer value propositions
  • Crafting hypothesis-driven experiments
  • Identifying the right metrics to assess during experiment execution
  • How teams can find experiment audiences in organizations where sales  or regulations create barriers between teams and their customers

Coaching sessions are conducted remotely using video conferencing tools or on-site, depending on coach availability and client location. 

Coaching sessions usually happen for 1-2 hours weekly, with a minimum 3-month commitment.

Our workshops and webinars are targeted to product and delivery teams. Common outcomes we focus on are getting product teams up to speed on he core skills they need to support their side of the innovation marketplace. Participants represent a range of functions including business owners, product management, technology, finance, portfolio and project management.

We focus on topics such as:

  • Business model generation,
  • Customer value propositions,
  • Experiment design
  • How to run customer interviews
  • How to include hypothesis validation data as part of a metered funding process

Workshops are in person and run from half day sessions to 5 day sprints. Webinars are usually better suited for highly distributed teams in global organizations. They can run anywhere from 1- 3 hours.
